Overview |
| |
Lower Providence Township has selected a multi-disciplinary team to develop a master redevelopment plan for the Valley Forge Corporate Center. The team includes Simone Collins, Landscape Architecture; Urban Partners, market consultants; McMahon Associates, the Township transportation engineer; and Chambers Associates, the Township engineer. The team will work with Township officials, business/property owners, and residents to explore ways to revitalize the business nine months to complete. |

- Simone Collins presented at the Board of Supervisors meeting on November 1, 2007 the Draft Valley Forge Corporate Center Redevelopment Master Plan.
- The Township hosted a public forum on May 21 to introduce the Project Team and outline the goals of the redevelopment plan. Residents and business owners had the opportunity to discuss their concerns and offer suggestions.
