Lower Providence Township, Montgomery County, PA, population 25,000, is seeking an experienced individual to be responsible for long-range planning as well as the detailed review and coordination of local land development projects.

The Community Development Department is responsible for a broad range of areas from issuing building permits and business licenses to code enforcement, plan review and zoning administration.

Applicants must have experience using a Geographical Information System and Microsoft Office applications. BCO and ICC certifications a plus, but not required. Attendance at evening meetings is required.
