  What Is the Waterline Project?

The project will bring safe, public water to properties within Lower Providence Township affected by well contamination. There is no cost to residents or businesses included in the project for hookup, well capping or restoration. The approximately $2.5 million project will be financed by a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), along with funding from Pennsylvania American Water Company.
