Community Development

The Lower Providence Township Community Development Department is responsible for the review of subdivision and land development, zoning, and building plans, issuance of permits, and the inspection of all commercial and residential construction activity. Many code enforcement, stormwater related, and floodplain administration issues are also administered in this department.
