Safety First fireworks sign

The Lower Providence Township Fire Marshal encourages residents to leave the fireworks to the professionals and celebrate by attending a public fireworks displays. 

To view noteworthy restrictions under the state’s law click here. If you have fireworks questions or concerns, contact the Fire Marshal at 610-635-3546. Please be considerate of your neighbors when celebrating with fireworks and be advised that the Township has an ordinance regulating noise. The ordinance prohibits excessive noise after 8:00 p.m. and will be enforced by the Police Department.
