Church Road Conditional Use Hearing 2/20/2020

The Lower Providence Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. to hear the application of Anthony C. Branca Jr., who is requesting conditional use approval pursuant to Zoning Ordinance Section 143-36.E to permit the subdivision and development of the subject property into 25 village house lots, along with related common areas, roadways, sidewalks, trails and storm water control.
The hearing will be held at the Township Building, 100 Parklane Road, Eagleville.
