Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee Meeting April 20, 2022

The Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee will hold its regularly scheduled monthly meeting on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be a hybrid meeting accessible in-person at the Township Building and virtually via Zoom. Masks are required in the building and social distancing measures will be in place.

Public comment will be accepted during the meeting. The following steps will need to be taken by anyone wishing to provide comment:

  • For public comment, please “raise your hand” on the webinar screen by clicking “raise hand” found in the toolbar. To raise your hand by phone, enter star-nine (*9) on your device. The meeting moderator will see a hand icon indicating your intention to provide comment.
  • When it is your turn to comment, you will be notified that your microphone has been unmuted by the moderator. 
  • Before beginning to comment, each speaker must provide first and last name and Lower Providence Township street address for the public record.
  • When a speaker is finished, their microphone will be muted and the next speaker will be identified.
