Important Message for Lower Providence Township Restaurant Owners

Montgomery County is anticipated to move to the yellow phase of Gov. Wolf’s COVID-19 recovery plan on June 5. In this phase, restaurants will be permitted to have outdoor seating with certain conditions.
To help those who want to provide outdoor dining, the Township is providing the guidelines (link below) that must be met, which include submission of a site plan to the Township. Staff will make themselves available to assist you with your planning to safely provide outdoor dining.
