Virtual Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee Meeting April 21, 2021
The Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee will hold its regularly scheduled monthly meeting virtually on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 7:30 PM. The meeting will be accessible via Zoom online and by telephone.
This is likely the last informational meeting – the committee will be moving into the actual planning phase to generate ideas/plans for each topic.

Those unable to join online can access the meeting by calling one of the numbers listed below and entering the Meeting ID number and Password (both listed below) when prompted.
Public comment will be accepted during the meeting. The following steps will need to be taken by anyone wishing to provide comment:
- For public comment, please “raise your hand” on the webinar screen by clicking “raise hand” found in the toolbar. To raise your hand by phone, enter star-nine (*9) on your device. The meeting moderator will see a hand icon indicating your intention to provide comment.
- When it is your turn to comment, you will be notified that your microphone has been unmuted by the moderator.
- Before beginning to comment, each speaker must provide first and last name and Lower Providence Township street address for the public record.
- When a speaker is finished, their microphone will be muted and the next speaker will be identified.
