Open Space Plan Update (2021)
A comprehensive Parks, Recreation and Open Space Plan update was adopted by the Board of Supervisors at a public meeting on August 19, 2021. The plan, adopted following months of work and gathering input from the public, will serve a a blueprint for parks, open space, and natural resource protection and preservation for the next 10 to 20 years.

A printed copy of the plan is available at the Township Building for viewing.
The Township was awarded a grant from the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) to complete the update. A comprehensive master plan update is needed to accommodate current and future park, recreation, trail and open space demands for our community. An Open Space Committee worked with Simone Collins Landscape Architects to complete the plan. Input from the community was provided through a public survey.
