Commercial, Industrial & Municipal (CIM) Recycling
All commercial, institutional and municipal (CIM) faciities are required to have a recycling program. CIM entities must provide written documentation as to the type and weight of materials recycled annually.
If you need assistance setting up a recycling program or reporting your annual tonnage, please contact your waste hauler or property manager. Hough Associates serves as the Recycling Data Collector for the Lower Providence Township and will provide businesses with a recycling report form each year.
PA State Law and Local Ordinance require the recycling of the following materials:
- Aluminum cans
- Corrugated Cardboard
- Office Paper
- Yard Waste
