In-Person / Virtual Zoning Hearing Board Meeting - 11/12/2020

The Lower Providence Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public meeting on November 12, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. This meeting will be open to the public at the Township Building, 100 Parklane Drive, Eagleville, PA and accessible virtually via Zoom.

There will be limited capacity for in-person attendance due to COVID-19 requirements. Once capacity is reached, no other attendees will be permitted in the meeting room. Safety guidelines, including maintaining social distancing and wearing a mask, must be followed by those attending in-person. Because of the limited capacity, we continue to encourage the public to view and/or participate virtually via Zoom.

Those unable to join online can access the meeting by calling one of the numbers listed below and entering the Meeting ID number and passcode (both listed below) when prompted.

Public comment will be accepted during the meeting. The following steps will need to be taken by anyone wishing to provide comment:

• Please “raise your hand” on the webinar screen by clicking “raise hand” found in the toolbar. To raise your hand by phone, enter star-nine (*9) on your device. The meeting moderator will see a hand icon indicating your intention to provide comment.
• When it is your turn to comment, you will be notified that your microphone has been unmuted by the moderator. 
• Before beginning to comment, each speaker must provide first and last name and Lower Providence Township street address for the public record.
• When a speaker is finished or exceeds the speaking time, their microphone will be muted and the next speaker will be identified.
