Tax Collector

Real estate taxes are collected by Michael Deal. He is an independent official elected by the residents of Lower Providence Township and is not a Township employee. He is responsible for sending and collecting all real estate taxes, including Township and County taxes.

In-person tax payments can be made at the Shoemaker House, 30 Parklane Drive, Eagleville. Hours are 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Mail-In Instructions:

Any mailbox or post office will work.  The PO Box is at the Audubon Post Office. If you take payment there during normal business hours, they can put it right in the box. You will still need a stamp. If you need a stamped receipt, please send the entire bill along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope. A receipt cannot be sent back without the entire bill.

Resolution No. 21-09: On February 4, 2021, the Lower Providence Township Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 21-09 setting the tax collector's compensation for years 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025.
