Electronics Recycling Collection Event for County Residents

E-Waste Recycling Event April 23 for Montgomery County residents

Pennsylvania Resources Council (PRC) will host an electronics recycling collection event on Tuesday, April 23, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Elmwood Park in Montgomery County to provide area residents with a convenient and cost-effective method of responsibly disposing of electronic equipment. 

At no cost, individuals can recycle one television; computer monitors and printers; CPU towers, laptops, mice and keyboards; desktop copiers and scanners; tablets, routers and modems; phones; VCRs, DVD players and cable boxes; stereo equipment; video game consoles; and vacuum cleaners.

Montgomery County residents must register in advance at www.prc.org/CollectionEvents or by calling 610-353-1555 x3.

The collection will take place at Elmwood Park, upper parking lots at intersection of Johnson Highway and Harding Boulevard, Norristown, PA 19401. This 2024 e-waste collection event for Montgomery County residents is sponsored by Dow and PECO in partnership with Municipality of Norristown, ACLAMO and Covanta Environmental Solutions.
