Board of Supervisors Budget Workshop October 27, 2021

The Lower Providence Township Board of Supervisors will hold a special workshop on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 to discuss the 2022 budget and any other business that may come before the board.

The workshop is open to the public and will be held at 7:00 pm at the Township Building, 100 Parklane Drive, Eagleville, PA 19403. The workshop also will be accessible virtually via Zoom. The meeting link is posted below. Masks are required for those attending in-person.

Those unable to join online can access the workshop by calling one of the numbers listed below and entering the Meeting ID number and Passcode (both listed below) when prompted.

Public comment will be accepted during the meeting. The following steps will need to be taken by anyone wishing to provide comment:

  • When the Chair calls for public comment, please “raise your hand” on the webinar screen by clicking “raise hand” found in the toolbar. To raise your hand by phone, enter star-nine (*9) on your device. The meeting moderator will see a hand icon indicating your intention to provide comment.
  • When it is your turn to comment, you will be notified that your microphone has been unmuted by the moderator. 
  • Before beginning to comment, each speaker must provide first and last name and Lower Providence Township street address for the public record.
  • When a speaker is finished, their microphone will be muted and the next speaker will be identified.
