Opportunities to Serve on Township Boards

The Board of Supervisors is looking for qualified Township residents who want to contribute to the quality of living in Lower Providence. The Board will be making appointments to the Environmental Advisory Council, Human Relations Commission, Library Board of Trustees, Planning Commission, Sewer Authority, Uniform Construction Code Appeals Board, Vacancy Board, and Zoning Hearing Board. If you believe you have the education and experience to contribute to one of these groups and are interested in serving your community, please submit a letter of interest and resume.

Please indicate which group is of interest to you. Each group typically holds one evening meeting per month. Term lengths range from three to five years. Details and meeting schedules can be found at the “Boards and Commissions” link on the homepage.

Appointments will be made at the board's reorganization meeting on January 2, 2024.
