Virtual Parks and Recreation Board Meeting 5/19

Because the Township Building remains closed to the public due to the COVID-19 emergency, the May 19th meeting of the Parks and Recreation Board will be a virtual public meeting via Zoom Webinar. The meeting will held at 2:00 p.m.

Enter the password, 616333, when prompted.

Those unable to join online can access the meeting by phone by calling one of the numbers listed below and entering the Meeting ID number and Password (both listed below) when prompted.

The following steps will need to be taken by anyone wishing to provide comment:

Please “raise your hand” on the webinar screen by clicking “raise hand” found in the toolbar. To raise your hand by phone, enter star-nine (*9) on your device. The meeting moderator will see a hand icon indicating your intention to provide comment.

• When it is your turn to comment, you will be notified that your microphone has been unmuted by the moderator. 
• Before beginning to comment, each speaker must provide first and last name and Lower Providence Township street address for the public record. Each speaker will be provided three minutes for comment.
• When a speaker is finished or exceeds the speaking time, their microphone will be muted and the next speaker will be identified.
