Water Main Replacement Project

Pennsylvania American Water Company will begin a water main replacement project in the Township on or about January 8, 2024. The project work area will include Mann Road, from Wayne Avenue to North Trooper Road and the intersecting streets of Evans Road, Henry Road and Brant Road in their entirety. 

PA American Water will be replacing approximately 5,000 feet of aging, 6-inch pipe that was installed in the 1950s with new 16-inch and 8-inch ductile iron pipe together with new fire hydrants and new copper water supply services.

Work hours will be 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Work on weekends, evenings and holidays is not expected. The project is anticipated to be completed by the end of May, 2024.
