Online Permit Portal
We've streamlined the process, making it easier and more convenient to obtain a permit. Through the online permit portal, you can submit applications, track, pay for, and receive permits completely online.
Here are a few details you need to know before beginning the process:
- A valid email address is required to receive communications about your application and permit status
- Applying for a permit using the portal will require online payment. Any stated permit fee will be increased to include a separate fee of 2.65% of the total transaction (a $3 minimum), paid to the Township's third-party processing firm.
- You can use the portal at any time to check the status of your permit application.
- If you have questions or concerns along the way, contact the Community Development Department at 610-635-3512. If you're accessing the portal outside of business hours (8 am - 4:30 pm weekdays) you can call and leave a voicemail message. We'll return your call the next business day.
