Virtual Public Meeting Viewing Instructions
May 21, 2020 - Board of Supervisors Virtual Public Meeting
The Lower Providence Township Board of Supervisors will hold their regularly scheduled public meeting on May 21, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. To comply with Gov. Wolf’s COVID-19 directives, the meeting will be held as a virtual public meeting, using Zoom webinar. All interested parties are invited to participate. We will work during the meeting to resolve any unforeseen issues and appreciate your patience. The meeting will be recorded and uploaded to the website.
Residents will be able to access the meeting online or by phone. To access the meeting online, click on the following link:
Enter the password, 015053, when prompted. The link will allow residents to hear the meeting and see any presentations.
Those unable to join online can access the meeting by calling one of the numbers listed below and entering the Meeting ID number and Password (both listed below) when prompted.
Public comment will be accepted during the meeting. The following steps will need to be taken by anyone wishing to provide comment:
- When the Chairman calls for public comment, please “raise your hand” on the webinar screen by clicking “raise hand” found in the toolbar. To raise your hand by phone, enter star-nine (*9) on your device. The meeting moderator will see a hand icon indicating your intention to provide comment.
- When it is your turn to comment, you will be notified that your microphone has been unmuted by the moderator.
- Before beginning to comment, each speaker must provide first and last name and Lower Providence Township street address for the public record. Each speaker will be provided three minutes for comment.
- When a speaker is finished or exceeds the speaking time, their microphone will be muted and the next speaker will be identified.
