What is the township’s total budget for completing this Plan?
DCNR grant is a required 50% match. Grant is for $50K.
Are there other grant agencies involved with this Plan other than DCNR?
No other granting agency is involved.
What is the timeframe the township wants to have this plan completed within?
Planning process to begin in early summer. PROS planning period to be completed within one year.
When does the township look to award the contract and begin the process?
Proposals will be reviewed over 3-4 weeks with recommended choice then presented to Board of Supervisors. Contract expected to be
negotiated in early June.
Will Lower Providence be waiving the requirement for sealed proposals (10) hard copies given the current work from home status?
We have no intentions of waiving this requirement.
Do you have date(s) for Q & A deadlines and posting of Addendum?
No, we don’t have any scheduled.
Is a pre-proposal meeting or conference call planned?
No, we don’t have any meetings planned.
