Stormwater
- Did you know that a healthy 100-foot tall tree can take 11,000 gallons of water from the soil? The roots of a tree help hold soil in place and reduce the impact of stormwater. Stormwater is one of the biggest challenges to our region. Preserving and planting trees are great natural infrastructure tools to reduce flooding. Please reach out to the township for guidance and any permitting required before any larger tree/brush removal or property grading is done.
