Park Pointe at Lower Providence
The Business Development Committee crafted a master redevelopment plan for the business park, formerly known as the Valley Forge Corporate Center. The VFCC Redevelopment Master Plan was adopted by the Board of Supervisors in 2008. The plan outlined short-term and long-term implementation steps to enhance the center. In 2009, the Board adopted zoning changes recommended by the committee.
