VFCC Master Planning Project
Overview
In 2007, a Revitalization Committee was selected to develop a master redevelopment plan for the Valley Forge Corporate Center, moving the '60s-era center from its industrial park roots. The team worked with business/property owners to craft a blueprint for revitalization of the business park. The resulting Master Plan included recommendations for zoning changes to allow for retail, restaurants, and other mixed uses, and a technology campus sector.
The Lower Providence Township Board of Supervisors unanimously adopted the VFCC Revitalization Committee's recommended zoning changes on December 3, 2009.
