Subdivision and Land Development
If you are considering a subdivision or land development, you are strongly encouraged to contact the Planning and Development Department prior to submitting your proposal. The subdivision and land development process is regulated by both a state regulation, the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (MPC), and local ordinances enacted by the Township Board of Supervisors.
